At the beginning of this year, I was brimming with enthusiasm and a touch of naivety. I decided to dive headfirst into my tech blogging journey, pouring all my time and resources into it. For three months, I was relentless, day and night, fueled by the dream of building a successful online presence.
But as they say, life has its own plans. Around March, I hit a wall. The financial strain, coupled with personal challenges, took a toll on my well-being. It was during this difficult time that I made a bold decision. I decided to move to Australia. Specifically, I moved to Sydney, New South Wales. It was a risky move, but I saw it as an opportunity for a fresh start.

A Temporary Detour: Industrial Cleaning
While I’ve been pursuing my tech aspirations, I’ve also had to take on a non-tech job to support myself. Since April, I’ve been working as an industrial cleaner, specializing in duct and canopy cleaning. It’s been a challenging but rewarding experience. It has helped me develop valuable skills. I have gained a deeper understanding of the world around me.

During the early months of my stay in Sydney, I was actively applying for tech jobs. The results could have been more encouraging. My landlord and her boyfriend, one of my best friends, offered me some invaluable advice. They suggested that I needed to adapt to the new environment.
