Going through the struggle that is the trenches to make success a reality.
I never thought I’d find myself writing this, let alone sharing it with the world. But here we are.
I’m a tech enthusiast, a digital nomad at heart, trapped in the unforgiving cycle of industrial
cleaning. It’s a surreal experience, akin to being in tech purgatory.
I’ve swapped keyboards for squeegees and brushes, and coding marathons for cleaning
canopies and vents. It’s a far cry from the world of ones and zeros, algorithms, and APIs. But,
here’s the kicker: I’m building something. With every canopy cleaned, every vent scrubbed, I’m
stacking bricks for my future tech empire.
I graduated from a coding bootcamp in December 2023, filled with hope and ambition. Fast
forward a few months, faced with rent due and job rejections, I had to adapt. This night shift
industrial cleaning job, with its long, grueling hours, is the price I’m currently paying. It’s tough,
demanding, and physically draining.
I’m over 60% through this marathon. I can taste the finish line – a world of coding,
problem-solving, and endless possibilities. Until then, I’ll keep scrubbing, saving, and dreaming.
This isn’t a pity party. It’s a battle cry. I’m in the trenches, but I’m not broken. I’m building. And
I’m coming back stronger.
